3-D Dr. Frank-N-Furter paper diorama

In celebration of Tim Curry coming to this year's Phoenix Comic Fest and I will have this special 3-D Dr. Frank-N-Furter piece at my booth. 

How To Train Your Dragon 3-D paper diorama

I created two 3-D paper dioramas featuring Toothless from How to Train your Dragon.  One is for my mother as her Christmas gift and the second will be at my booth at Taiyou Con.

Custom Mystery Science Theater 3000 photo mats

Have your favorite photo made fun of by sarcastic robots with this MST3K custom hand cut photo mat!  If you would like to use a photo, e-mail me or message me on Facebook and I will have the picture printed and the photo incorporated into the design.  The prices would be $15 for the Gizmonic logo piece or with a pre printed photo and $20 if you would like me to have it printed for you.

Monty Python Cave Rabbit 6x8 3-D piece

Yesterday I painted a number of blood splatter backgrounds for future 3-D pieces and I posted it on my Facebook page asking for suggestions.  I got a bunch of suggestions that I will be working on over the next month, but the first one I had to make was this piece featuring the Cave Rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  If you have any suggestions for any future ideas, post it here on the blog or on my Facebook page!

Horror themed silhouettes

I'm experimenting with the use of negative space with a few new silhouette designs. Here are two horror themed 8x10s featuring Freddy Krueger standing in the silhouette of his glove and Ash in his "boomstick" pose in the silhouette of a chainsaw blade.

Storm Trooper 3-D paper diorama

This recent 3-D commission features a Storm Trooper helmet in front of crossed light sabers.  I used glossy white paper to give the helmet a shiny gleam.

Gollum 3-D paper diorama

This 6x8 3-D paper diorama features Gollum from J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. It was commissioned during my school's Fall Festival.

Creature from the Black Lagoon silhouettes

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth at Fan Fest 2016. I had a blast and I have a set of commissions in which I'll be able to post over the next few weeks. The first commission was a set of "Creature from the Black Lagoon" silhouettes.  

Friday the 13th 3-D paper diorama

I created this monster of a 8x10 3-D paper diorama for my sister's birthday gift.  It features Quint's last stand against the shark from Jaws.  Quint alone is made of 12 individually cut pieces!

This 6x8 Ghostbusters logo paper diorama was made as a Father's Day gift for my dad.  He is a huge Ghostbusters fan and spent five months building a proton pack for his Phoenix Comicon cosplay.
