This 6x8 3-D paper diorama features the grey cat from the anime, Azumanga Daioh. I really like how the shiny white paper gives off a gleam on the sharp teeth!

Lucky Star Silhouettes
This 10 x 13 silhouette mash up features the four main girls from the anime, Lucky Star. The colors in the photos don't do it justice. Kagami and Tsukasa are light purple, Konata is bright blue, and Miyuki is light pink. The star in the middle is white with a bright pink center. I also created a set of matching smaller silhouettes as well.

Lucky Star Konata 3-D paper diorama
I just finished watching Lucky Star and I was compelled to create this 8x8 3-D paper diorama featuring my favorite character in the show, Konata. If you have never watched Lucky Star, The best description of this show is that it's Anime's response to Sienfeld. Just watch a scene and you'll understand.
Including this piece, I now have a total of 25 8x8 3-D paper dioramas, 49 6x8 3-D paper dioramas, and over 200 matted silhouettes that will be at my booth at Con-Nichiwa in March! I think that's quite an accomplishment knowing that each piece was cut, glued, and framed by hand. I still want to create a large 10x13 silhouette mash up piece featuring all of the girls from Lucky Star for Con-Nichiwa and I want to create a few more Harry Potter pieces for my booth at Phoenix Comicon.

Ninja Sex Party 3-D paper diorama
I came up with this idea for a 3-D paper diorama featuring Danny Sexbang and Ninja Brian from the hilarious comedy group, Ninja Sex Party, while driving to Taiyou Con. My wife and I were listening to "Dragon Slayer" and this image popped into my head. I tried to make Danny and Brian as intense as possible while making the unicorn as doofy as I could.
Kill La Kill 3-D paper diorama
I've been planning this Kill La Kill piece featuring Ryuko for a while now and I'm very happy with how it turned out!

Sailor Moon 3-D silhouettes
This 8x8 3-D paper diorama features the silhouettes of the first five Sailor Scouts along with Luna and Artemis. I use the final pose of each scout's transformation sequence as references.
Steve Yzerman Red Wings 3-D paper diorama
Here is a recent 8x8 3-D commission featuring Steve Yzerman holding the Stanley Cup. It's my first hockey themed paper craft!

Princess Tutu 3-D paper diorama redesign
I redesigned the face on my Princess Tutu 3-D paper diorama when I made it into an 8x8. I elongated her eyelashes and made her smile more pronounced. This piece will be at my booth at Con Nichiwa in March. I hope to see you there!
